ICDF 2009 Conference Booking Form

Please complete one form per person attending the conference.

DISCOUNTED RATE: Book before 1st February 2009 and pay only £589.00 for 6 nights accommodation, all meals and access to the whole conference.
STANDARD RATE: after 1st February, 6 nights accommodation and the full conference is still only £629.00.
NON-RESIDENTIAL RATE: gives you full access to all workshops and evening presentations. Includes lunch, tea and coffee. Discounted rate of £437.00 before 1st February or £457.00 after 1st February (no accommodation).
DAY RATE £79 (no accommodation, no concessions or discounts).
ACCOMMODATION ONLY (for partners of delegates, sharing a room): £250.00
A £20 concession applies to members of Christian Dance Fellowships, for under 18s and professional artists and performers paying for the full conference.

  1. Payment is in Pounds Sterling. Payment can be made by Sterling cheque drawn on a UK bank, by Bank Transfer (Wire Transfer), or by Foreign Draft (in Sterling). Please contact us for details. Do not send cash through the post.

  3. Delegates between the ages of 14 and 18 must be accompanied by an adult who is booked at the same time. The conference is not suitable for children under the age of 14. You may bring your children with you if you are responsible for them at all times. No childcare facilities are provided.
